Walking on Water is not just for kids, and is not just for the summer...
In Fact... Our riders range in age between 8 months and 75 years AND our activity is enjoyed in spring and fall months as well as indoors in winter months.
1. Is my pool too small?
No ! It even works well in an 10 foot diameter kids inflatable pool. We use our inflatable portable
pools. They can also be used on lakes, ponds, & in ground and above ground pools!
2. How Strong are the Balls?
Very strong, they have been used on pebble beaches, the material is very resilient.
3. Will the person run out of air?
No. This will never be an issue as there is enough cool air to last for up to 80 minutes which is
longer than the 5 or 10 minute ride each person will get. Most riders are ready to come out
before we take them out... just imagine how tiring it would be running on the spot for
5 minutes straight!
4. Is there a maximum age or weight limit?
There is no age limit however, a maximum 200lb weight limit is imposed.
5. What kind of activities can we do with the balls?
Basically once you are inside the ball, it is so fun that usually free play is enough, roll, jump,
run, walk, sit, etc. But you can do a lot of activities or games such as races, competitions,
football, sumo, timed games, etc.
6. What materials are used in building the water ball?
ClearPlast Technology, ABS hooks, TIZIP - from Germany, TUV Certified, ACCU Round, TPU.
7. Do I need to wear a swimsuit? Will I get wet?
Absolutely not! You don’t need a bathing suit because you wont be getting wet at all. You must
remove all sharp objects from your pockets and self, ie watches, rings, etc, and have no shoes.
But you will not get wet!!!!!!
8. I know your products have two different materials, TPU and PVC? What's the
difference?
TPU is a material which conforms to international standards. It's harmless,
environmentally-friendly and has a much longer lifespan. Compared with TPU, PVC is not as high
in quality and in material function; although it is cheaper.
9. Are Water Balls safe?
Yes! Water Balls are perfectly safe when used under the supervision of our trained staff. In fact, statistics show that it is safer to be inside a Water Ball than on the outside. When operated correctly (our trained staff follow simple operating procedures); the Water Ball experience is perfectly safe and enjoyable. What A Ball has had ZERO accidents
since we began in 2010.
10. Can the Water Ball get punctured?
There is possibility that the ball can puncture from poor operation (Customers enter ball with
keys or sharp objects). Either way, no need to panic. Punctures don't allow for fast deflation nor
allow much water to enter ball. Our fully trained staff will simply pull the Water Ball out of the pool/body
of water and then follow the "easy to fix" Water Ball repairing procedures which are not much
different than patching a bicycle tire.
13. How long can people stay in the Water ball?
* Participants are allowed rides that are no more than 12 minutes. Most tend to be too physically
tired after only 5 minutes. (1 hour could be spent in the ball until the air would be
noticeably limited).
14. How do you inflate the balls?
With an electric or battery operated pump.
15. What age groups enjoy the Water Balls?
Water Balls are a blast for almost all ages, up to a max of 200lbs! (usually 2 years of age and up). Children under 6
should be guided through the experience with the utmost care as they may become frightened.
We want to ensure that the little ones have a positive introduction to What A Ball. We have had riders ranging in age from 8 months to 75 years :) Our staff are very child friendly and will ensure your child will leave saying - THAT WAS AWESOME!!!
16. Can you walk on water the very first time you try?
The beautiful part about the Water Ball is the amazing learning curve. Although it may seem easy
while watching a skilled water walker, it is much harder than it looks. After only 3 or 4 tries most
people are able to take a few steps without falling. This keeps you wanting more and more.
*Please beware; customers will not want the fun to end. It is recommended that a time limit of
5-7 minutes be implemented as to allow access to everyone waiting and watching in awe.
Even Adults enjoy the balls. Of course it is strongly recommended that
all health conditions are acknowledged before participating.
